Noteday Privacy Policy
I built the Noteday application as a freemium application. This service is provided and intended to be used as is.
If you choose to use Noteday, this page is used to inform visitors of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed at Noteday.

For a better experience, when using Noteday, I may ask you to provide me with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, email. However, the information I request will remain on your device and be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and I will not collect it in any way.

I would like to inform you that whenever you use Noteday, I collect data and information on your device through a third party product (called third party data) if an error occurs. This log data may contain information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, configuration when using Noteday, time and date of use when using Noteday, and other statistical information.

If I discover that a child under the age of 10 has provided me with personal information, I will immediately delete that information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I can take the necessary action.
